Your area of responsibility comprises

Our international Human Resources team is looking for reinforcement as soon as possible! As a HR Generalist based in Poland you will work with our highly motivated and collegial Human Resources team in Germany. You will be responsible for all operational and administrative HR activities in Poland and will be the contact person for our managers and employees. You can expect varied and responsible tasks with room for your own ideas and personal development.  
  • Drawing up and managing employment contracts as well as drafting supplementary agreements
  • Writing warnings, notices of termination and termination agreements
  • Attestation management as well as maintenance and updating of digital personnel files (and rexx, our HR software)
  • Passing on all pay-related data and changes to external tax consultants
  • Assumption of special tasks
  • Support with recruiting activities (e.g. applicant management, university marketing)
  • Support to the local management and with HR-related operational tasks (Target Letter Meeting, All-Hands Company meetings, Jour Fixe preparation)

Your profile combines

  • Successfully completed business studies or commercial training and professional experience in the field of HR
  • Extensive knowledge of labor and social security law as well as payroll accounting
  • Ideally first experience in recruiting activities
  • Extremely precise work and a pronounced service and solution orientation
  • Positive personality,  responsible, self-organized way of working and strong service and team orientation
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as very good Polish and English skills, German is an advantage
