Your tasks

The proALPHA Group is expanding and our Human Resources team is also growing closer together with our subsidiaries. For you, recruiting is more than just "post and pray"? Find the talents of tomorrow for the proALPHA Group and grow with us in an international

  • You will be responsible for managing the recruiting process for selected specialist areas with a focus on IT/software development and will advise our specialists and managers on relevant issues - also internationally
  • You will ensure the optimal candidate journey through appreciation and transparent communication
  • The identification and proactive approach of potential candidates by means of suitable recruiting methods is also part of your tasks
  • You identify and implement new recruiting methods and channels to increase the number of applicants
  • The cooperation with external partners and service providers as well as the expansion of the network rounds off your diverse area of responsibility.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your business studies or a commercial apprenticeship (ideally in human resources) and have experience in (active) recruiting of IT professionals
  • You have knowledge in using modern recruiting tools, e.g. career networks, social media, databases
  • You can quickly inspire candidates for proALPHA through your excellent and precise verbal and written fluency
  • On a personal level, you convince with your positive nature, a responsible, self-organized way of working, as well as a pronounced service and solution orientation
  • Very good German and English skills are essential for this position
